1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, creating an event, uploading guests, assigning event staff, or using any invitation, messaging, RSVP, reporting, or check-in feature, you agree to these terms.
Terms
These terms and privacy rules govern Ventiqa, the RSVP platform provided by Techpreneurs Solution for event pages, guest management, RSVP collection, invitation messaging, reporting, and QR check-in.
By creating an account, creating an event, uploading guests, assigning event staff, or using any invitation, messaging, RSVP, reporting, or check-in feature, you agree to these terms.
The service provides digital invitation pages, RSVP collection, guest import and export tools, messaging features, event team access controls, and QR-based event check-in. Specialist services may vary by add-on purchase, payment status, and service approval.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, guest names and phone numbers, invitation wording, RSVP deadlines, venue links, and all event content uploaded to the platform. You must only use the service for lawful event operations and respectful guest communication.
You must only upload guest data that you are authorized to use. If you send invitations, reminders, or other event messages through the platform, you are responsible for ensuring you have consent or another lawful basis to contact those recipients. Guest data may include names, phone numbers, RSVP responses, invitation type, contribution or pledge records, check-in status, and related event activity records.
Event and guest data is used to operate the event workspace, display invitations, collect RSVP responses, record manual event contributions or pledges where enabled, generate QR codes, record check-ins, show reports, and support organizer-requested messaging. QR codes use secure tokens and do not need to expose the full guest list.
Event records, guest lists, RSVP responses, contribution records, check-in logs, message logs, and payment records may be retained for the period needed to operate the event, support the organizer, resolve disputes, keep financial records, and comply with applicable law. Organizers may request deletion or cleanup of event data where legally allowed.
Authorized organizers and assigned team members may view, edit, import, export, message, record contributions, and check in guests according to their event roles and assigned permissions. Organizers are responsible for protecting exported files, including contribution CSV exports, and sharing access only with people who need it for the event.
SMS and WhatsApp features are controlled by the event's paid invitation capacity and purchased services. Message sending may be blocked when paid capacity is exhausted or when payment has not been verified. Delivery is not guaranteed, and third-party network or provider failures remain outside the platform's control.
Customer event operations remain restricted until the initial invitation-credit payment is verified. Customer events start with at least 50 invitation records and may add credits in bundles of 25 at the published per-record rate. Each guest-list record uses one invitation credit whether it is Single or Double; admissions are counted separately. Top-ups become active only after payment verification. Staff-prepared events may use usage billing, where the final amount is calculated from actual invitation records at the published per-record rate.
Where a paid event payment is approved for cancellation, the current platform rule is a 90% refund and 10% retention for transaction and handling costs. Refund processing may also cancel the related paid event or add-on access. Pending, failed, or cancelled payments do not create active service rights.
Invitation links and QR codes are event credentials and should be handled carefully. Organizers are responsible for distributing them only to intended guests. Check-in actions are intended for authorized event staff, and the platform may restrict QR access or scanning where authorization or payment conditions are not met.
The account owner or event manager is responsible for assigning scanners, coordinators, and other team members. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts and roles connected to your event, including guest changes, check-ins, exports, and message activity.
You may not use the platform to send spam, impersonate another person or organization, upload guest data you do not have the right to use, bypass invitation-credit or service restrictions, interfere with check-in security, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
The platform is provided on a practical best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, message delivery, guest attendance outcomes, or compatibility with every device or network. To the extent permitted by law, liability should be limited to the amount paid for the affected service or order.
Ventiqa uses essential cookies for secure login, session protection, CSRF protection, and saving your cookie preferences. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and disabled unless you allow them from Cookie settings.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms. For service or legal questions, contact Techpreneurs Solution at techpreneurssolution@gmail.com.
